WE’RE HIRING: Website Project Manager (UI/UX Oriented)

Location: Indonesia (WFH)
Employment: Full-Time

We are looking for a Website Project Manager who not only excels at managing timelines and teams, but also has a strong sense of UI/UX and web aesthetics.

You can come from either path:

• A Project Manager with strong UI/UX understanding, or
• A UI/UX Designer who is highly organized and capable of handling project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end website projects (mostly Shopify) — from briefing, planning, execution, to launch.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for designers and developers.
• Review wireframes, mockups, and final UI to ensure usability and visual quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, content, QA).
• Track progress, maintain project timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate clearly with clients, prepare status updates, and manage expectations.
• Conduct QA checks before go-live (layout, responsiveness, UX flow, functionality).
• Document project specifications, feedback loops, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in project management, UI/UX, or web-related roles.
• Strong understanding of website UX, design principles, and responsive behavior.
• Bonus (not mandatory): familiarity with Shopify, Liquid, ecommerce UX, or theme customization.
• Excellent project coordination skills: structuring tasks, delegation, timeline management.
• Comfortable giving design feedback and evaluating UI quality.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiar with tools such as Figma, Notion, Trello/Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
